1. What is the payment terms?
T/T, 30% initial payment when ordered, 70% balance payment before shipment; Irrevocable LC at sight. When we receive the advance payment, we will start to make production. When the machine is ready, we will take pictures for you. After we get your balance payment, we will send the machine to you.
2. What CNC system do you use?
FANUC, SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, LNC, SYNTEC, GSK, etc. It depends on your choice.
3. When is the delivery time?
If the machine you order is a standard machine, we can have it ready within 15 days. Special machines may take longer. The shipping time is about 30 days to Europe and America. If you are from Australia or Asia, it will be shorter. You can place your order according to delivery time and shipping time, and we will advise you accordingly.
4. What is your trade terms?
FOB, CFR, CIF or other terms are all acceptable.
5. What is your minimum order quantity and warranty?
The MOQ is one set, and the warranty is one year. However, we offer lifetime service for the machine.
6. What is the package of the machines?
The machines are standardly packed in strong plywood cases.
