Features

One-piece cast iron foundation is a true 30-degree slant bed casting, providing large mass in a small footprint. More mass means higher rigidity and better heat dissipation.

The patented slant bed design increases the X-axis travel to 200mm, Y-axis travel to 45mm and Z-axis to 550mm reducing the lathe size and stability.

Equipped with a BMT55 12-station power turret, a power milling head can be installed at the upper or bottom position of the Y-axis (turret), high rigidity cutting, suitable for long-axis turning, milling, Processing of complex multi-process products such as drilling and tapping.

The main spindle is with C-axis Simultaneous machining function, high speed, high precision, and low vibration which can make the workpiece precise. Each spindle bearing assembly was tested for dynamic balance before installation to ensure high-speed running stability.

MT5 Hydraulic Tailstock, automatically detects pressure and locks, providing better conditions for processing slender parts.

Equips with Taiwan 32mm ball screw rod rail and 35mm linear guideway to provide precision and low vibration tool carriage movement.

Equips with auto lubrication system to ensure transmission system smoothly and long-lived.

High Rigidity casting iron body provides the possibility of higher hardness materials and better smoothness (smaller roughness).
