This machine tool adopts a single-column vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and slide seat are all made of high-grade gray cast iron, which is cast by resin sand casting process and then subjected to aging treatment. The matching guide rail surface adopts 55-roller linear guide rails, which have a large load-bearing capacity and good precision stability. The machine tool spindle is driven by a wide-torque servo motor. The X and Z axes adopt domestic precision ball screw pairs and dedicated ball screws. The X and Z axes are equipped with advanced centralized automatic lubrication devices, which provide timed and intermittent automatic lubrication, ensuring stable and reliable operation.
CNC LATHE USE: This machine tool is an automated CNC machining center used for machining the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end, grooves, and chamfers of parts. It is particularly suitable for processing parts such as brake discs, drums, clutch pressure plates, and flywheel shells.
