1. Rotary Guide bush / Without guide bush changeable modes: Suitable for processing shaft workpieces (195~200mm length) and short workpieces (tail material length minimized to 50mm).
2. Internal oil cooled electric spindle: Adopting high-end oil cooled electric spindle technology. Offers stronger rigidity, torque force, and stable processing accuracy compared to traditional spindles. Uses NSK bearings for longevity.
3. Large capacity cutting oil tank: 250L volume with multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles to ensure effective cooling and debris separation.
4. Workpiece eject method: Short parts ejected to front conveyor belt (< 90mm); long parts ejected from rear of sub spindle.
5. Powerful sixth axis tool holder: A patented structure independently innovated for enhanced processing versatility.
