1
The machine tool is a single-column vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and sliding seat are all made of high-grade gray cast iron resin sand casting process and aging treatment; reasonable structural design, perfect processing and assembly process to ensure long-term use of machine tools, stability and accuracy retention.
2
The machine tool spindle adopts wide-area and high-torque servo motor drive, which can be used for low-speed and high-torque, heavy-duty cutting, and high-speed cutting, at the same time meeting the needs of roughing and finishing.
3
The machine tool spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing and bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing configuration. The configuration structure has the largest bearing capacity, can withstand large cutting force and feed force, has high radial stiffness and axial rigidity, and has high rotation precision.
4
The X and Z-axis servo motors directly drive the precision ball screw pair through the flexible coupling, which can minimize the backlash and have high positioning accuracy. The Z-axis lifting configuration balances the weights, the structure is simple and reliable, and the failure rate is low. The X and Z axes are made of domestic precision ball screw pair and ball screw special bearings.
5
These configurations meet the requirements of high rigidity and high precision cutting. The pre-stretching structure of the screw support greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine during long-term operation.
6
The X and Z axes adopt advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timed automatic intermittent lubrication, and the work is stable and reliable.

Machine Overview
Frequently Asked Questions
What structural design features contribute to the machine's stability?
The machine tool utilizes a single-column vertical guide rail structure. Structural components like the column, base, and sliding seat are manufactured using high-grade gray cast iron resin sand casting and undergo professional aging treatment to ensure long-term structural stability and superior accuracy retention.
Is this series suitable for both heavy cutting and precision finishing?
Yes. The spindle is driven by a wide-area, high-torque servo motor. This design supports low-speed, high-torque operations for heavy cutting, as well as high-speed capabilities to meet rigorous finishing requirements.
How does the spindle assembly handle heavy load forces?
The spindle is configured with high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings paired with bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearings. This optimal configuration ensures maximum load-bearing capacity, outstanding radial/axial stiffness, and exceptional rotation precision under heavy cutting conditions.
How is the positioning accuracy maintained against thermal expansion?
The X and Z-axis servo motors drive precision ball screw pairs directly via flexible couplings to minimize backlash. Additionally, the screw support features a pre-stretching structure that significantly offsets the impact of thermal deformation on machining accuracy during continuous operations.
What are the main parameters differences between the VTC500 and VTC650?
The VTC500 features a maximum swing diameter of 500mm and turning diameter of 400mm, with a total weight of 4200kg. The VTC650 offers an expanded swing diameter of 650mm, turning diameter of 550mm, a more powerful spindle drive option, and weights 5200kg. Both systems share high rigidity linear roller guides and an 8-position horizontal turret.
How does the guide rail lubrication system function?
The X and Z axes are equipped with an advanced centralized automatic lubrication device. It delivers timed, intermittent lubrication to the guide rails and ball screws automatically, ensuring consistent system performance and minimal wear.
