Yes, free training in our factory is available.

What is your machines warranty and how is it handled?
All machines purchased directly from the factory enjoy a one-year machine warranty period and a two-year system warranty period. During the warranty period, if there are product quality problems, we are responsible for free maintenance and part replacements. If the problem is not related to product quality, we can dispatch engineers to provide repair service at an appropriate cost.

Can I get spinning samples from your machines?
Yes, we can do a free spinning sample for you, but you need to pay for the cost of spinning molds and test materials. The sample lead time is usually 5-10 days after we confirm receipt of your mold and materials. If we need to make the mold, it will take 15-30 days.

What is your terms of payment?
Payment <= 1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment >= 1000 USD, 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
