BXSX150-Ⅱ double-wheel shrinking spinning machine is a professional machine used in the pipe shrinking spinning process. This machine has a symmetrical double-wheel 180-degree layout and adopts a high-pressure coolant cold spinning process to extrude the pipe segment by segment. Through CNC program control, a variety of contour features can be flexibly realized. It solves the technical bottleneck of feature forming in traditional forging, cold extrusion, stretching and other processes. The tube blank with appropriate length is calculated and installed in the main spindle hydraulic chuck. The rear support can flexibly adjust the length of the product. The system controls the movement of each axis to realize multi-pass spinning of the spinning wheel. The movement trajectory is controlled by the CNC system, which can realize the movement and difference compensation of various contours such as arcs, oblique lines, and straight lines to meet the contour requirements of various products. The contour movement of the product is controlled by CNC system programming, which is easy to use and safe to operate.
