HT300 high-grade gray iron castings have been quenched twice and subjected to aging vibration treatment. The reinforced rib structure spindle box has strong rigidity and long service life.

The machine uses high-grade HT300 gray iron castings, which undergo a dual-quenching process and aging vibration treatment. This specific reinforced rib structure provides superior rigidity and extends the service life.
The machine is equipped with a high-precision BT40 spindle with a standard speed of 8000rpm and 11kw of power. Optional high-speed configurations of 10000rpm and 12000rpm are also available.
You can choose between a standard armless tool magazine (12/16/24 tool options, 3s tool change) and a disc tool magazine (24 tools, 2s automatic tool change). For CNC control, choices include Fanuc, Siemens, GSK, Syntec, and Mitsubishi systems.
To guarantee accuracy and peak dynamic balance, every machine is thoroughly inspected using a Cue meter, dial indicators, dynamic balance equipment, and a Renishaw laser detector before leaving the factory.
